My family has done a few holiday trips with Uniglobe Thomas Travel Solutions. The Finland – Lapland trip, which was booked through them, was well arranged and we all had a wonderful holiday. Special thanks to Priya for planning the trip, suggestions and the patience in answering all our queries, providing travel trips, a lot of support before and during the trip, accommodating all the last minute changes. Even though we are based in Abu Dhabi and have never visited the Uniglobe office, all the details of the trip were taken care of very well.

Alembic Generic Marketing Annual Meet (Family Group)

Maldives group tour.

After a gap of 3+ years we again resumed our Annual Meet Trip in foreign destinations. Like all previous years, this year also we have selected Uniglobe Thomas Travels Pvt. Ltd. (UTTPL) to make travel arrangements for our Annual Meet. This year we chose Maldives as our destination and it was a Family Meet. All the Distributors alongwith their spouses and some families with children participated in the trip. It was Amazing! All the arrangements made by UTTPL was fantastic. Both Mrs. & Mr.Thomas accompanied us since they always travel with our group and they are just like our extended family. No difficulties were faced in travel, stay, meetings, food etc.  We stayed in Villa Park – Sun Island. Around 70 Pax was there.  All rooms were ready for check-in when we arrived. It was an All Inclusive package. Food and beverages were served unlimited.  All types of food were available, like VG/NVG/JVG etc. Most importantly, all the hotel staff were so polite, co-operative and helpful. I take this opportunity to thank you for the fantastic arrangements they made from start to end for making this event as a grant success. All our channel partners were also happy and conveyed their thanks to you for such a lovely family trip. Looking forward to the same in future too.

Singapore Trip

Many thanks for organising our Singapore trip along with Cruise & making our 25th Wedding Anniversary memorable. The organization, the effectiveness, the planning and on top CRUISE were just perfect. Everyone who is connected to your company has to be congratulated. The bookings & planning you made for us were just what we asked, and the hotel provided to us was too good.

We felt very safe & so comfortable although being so far from home. Everything worked out in time & perfectly planned like we were treated like Royals / VIPs. Turkey trip April 2022

Thank you for making our trip to Turkey so well planned, stress-free and memorable! The entire trip was fantastic and we were all so sad to leave.

Service before the trip was excellent and very efficiently organised by your Vacation Specialist, who regularly checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Appreciated the whatsapp group that was created for us to communicate with each other. These small touches are always appreciated by clients. 

The Hotel - Was adequate for our needs. 

Tour guide - was very professional, courteous, patient, well spoken and very friendly. He made all of us feel very welcome. Rated outstanding. 

Drivers - Friendly and polite but knew little or no English. 

Elif - Our contact in Turkey was very good. She was very responsive and quick to revert with all queries. She writes good English so communication was not an issue at all. 

Priya, the Vacation Specialist - Highly efficient and organised and values her clients time. Very polite, patient and responsive with queries and always available, regardless of timezone. She even responded to our queries when she was on holiday! Rated outstanding.
